Sending an infringement notice

If you believe content shared through Enzonic Clips infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at admin@enzonic.com (subject: “DMCA Notice”) that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• the share link or other information that lets us locate the material;
• your name, mailing address, phone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to admin@enzonic.com. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district where Enzonic may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
